Geocaches are secrets hidden all over the world. They can be small, big or even tiny You can find them in the countryside and in busy towns and cities. Each one has a log in it.
It’s book or a piece of paper which
shows all the people who’ve found it. Sometimes they have swaps in them. Little gifts that we exchange. Or trackables that travel all around the world in geocaches. So… how do we find them? That’s the clever bit. We use satellites and a GPS receiver or a phone. The Geocaching website tells us where the caches are hidden and gives us some clues. Some are easy to find, and some are really tricky. When we find them we swap some things, fill in the log
and enter our find on the website. Geocaching is fun, it’s outdoors and it’s free.
