I keep forgetting to countdown, I’m ready to go. I’m excited. Kacie and Andy here and as you can see we are not shy when it comes to giving each other feedback. But that is how we get better. That’s right, it’s all about getting better every day, preparing for a fantastic 2020. So we’re reviewing all of our old episodes to see how we can get better. Shall we? We shall. This is the phone conversation. This one was a lot of fun to film. Not having you as my wingman was a little weird. That was cool. It was cool. I don’t like watching myself because I don’t like the way my voice sounds. That’s everybody though. Including me, Andy and Kacie! I’m Tracie from the HR team. And I love what’s going on here – now is the perfect time for all of us to look at our 2019 objectives and goals and build a stronger 2020. I’m actually on my way to the airport right now. What were you wearing? Let’s talk about that hat. Yea, can we pause this? What, like…a cowboy hat… I like, what is that little thing called? A bolo tie. Yes, see that made sense. Creating some western themes there. I could not find a cowboy hat. Maybe we can up our prop game a little bit. Hats off to the teams that work together to build new goals.
